FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need an account? No. Neither app has accounts or sign-ups.

Where is my data stored? On your device only. Your deals (Property Deal Scope) and your scores and stats (Fairway Tap) are not sent to us.

How do I delete my data? Delete it inside the app, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes all app data from your device. On the web versions, clear your browser's site data.

If I get a new phone, will my data move over? No. Because data stays on your device and we have no servers, it does not sync or transfer between devices.

How do I restore a purchase? Open the app's purchase or upgrade screen and tap "Restore Purchases." Use the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with.

How do I cancel a subscription? Android: Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple. Android: request one at https://play.google.com (Order history). iPhone: go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why does Fairway Tap need my camera? For the ball tracer, shot distance estimates, and rangefinder. Video is processed on your phone and never uploaded.

Why does Fairway Tap need my location? To show GPS distances on the course. Distances are calculated on your phone. Course maps come from OpenStreetMap.

Why do I see ads? Ads keep the free versions free. They are provided by Google AdMob. You can limit ad personalization in your device settings.

Is Property Deal Scope financial advice? No. It gives estimates based on the numbers you enter. Talk to a qualified professional before you invest.

Is there a web version? Yes:

• Property Deal Scope: https://property-deal-scope.expo.app

• Fairway Tap: https://fairway-tap.expo.app

Is Fairway Tap multiplayer? Not yet. Multiplayer is planned for a future update.
