Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how A&S LLC ("A&S LLC," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in our mobile apps and their web versions (together, the "Apps"):

• Property Deal Scope (Android package com.aandsllc.propertydealscope; web: https://property-deal-scope.expo.app)

• Fairway Tap (Android package com.aandsllc.fairwaytap; web: https://fairway-tap.expo.app)

THE SHORT VERSION

• Neither App has user accounts.

• We do not run our own servers to store your app data. What you enter in the Apps stays on your device.

• We do not use analytics tools.

• We do not sell your personal information.

• We use two third-party services, RevenueCat (for purchases and subscriptions) and Google AdMob (for ads). They collect some data as described below.

1. INFORMATION EACH APP USES

PROPERTY DEAL SCOPE

• Deal information you enter (for example, property price, rent, and costs). Why: to calculate cash flow, cap rate, and returns. Where it is kept: on your device only. We do not receive it.

FAIRWAY TAP

• Camera. Why: for the ball tracer, shot distance estimates, and the camera rangefinder. Video and images are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us or anyone else. Fairway Tap asks for your permission before it uses the camera.

• Precise location (GPS). Why: to show distances on the golf course. Distances are calculated on your device. Fairway Tap asks for your permission before it uses your location. To show course maps, the App downloads map data from OpenStreetMap. When it does, your device sends a request to OpenStreetMap's servers. That request includes the map area being loaded and, like any internet request, your device's IP address. We do not receive or store your location.

• Motion sensors. Why: to measure your phone's tilt for the camera rangefinder. Processed on your device only.

• Scores and stats you enter. Why: to keep your scorecard and stats. Stored on your device only.

FUTURE MULTIPLAYER (FAIRWAY TAP): We plan to add multiplayer in a future update. When we do, it will use a username you choose and share scores with the other players in your game. That will require sending your username and shared scores to a server. We will update this Privacy Policy before that feature launches, describing what is collected, where it is stored, and how to delete it.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (BOTH APPS)

Both Apps use the following third-party SDKs. These companies collect and process data under their own privacy policies.

REVENUECAT: in-app purchases and subscriptions

• Why: to process and check the status of in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Data it may handle: an anonymous app user ID, purchase and subscription history, and basic device and app information. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment card details.

GOOGLE ADMOB: advertising

• Why: to show ads in the Apps.

• Data it may collect: your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google may use this to show personalized ads, measure ads, and prevent fraud.

• On iOS, we ask your permission (App Tracking Transparency) before the advertising ID can be used for tracking. Where the law requires it (for example, in the EEA and UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

OPENSTREETMAP: course map data (Fairway Tap only)

• Why: to load golf course maps.

EXPO: web versions

• The web versions of the Apps are hosted on Expo's platform (expo.app), which may log standard web request data such as IP address and browser type.

3. YOUR CHOICES

• Ads: On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization under Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device). On iOS, you can deny tracking when prompted or later under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

• Permissions: You can turn camera, location, and motion permissions on or off at any time in your device settings. Some Fairway Tap features will not work without them.

4. DATA SHARING AND SALE We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information except with the third-party services listed above, which receive data directly from the Apps, or when the law requires it.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

• Data you enter in the Apps (deals, scores, stats) is stored only on your device and stays there until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App deletes this data from your device. On the web versions, clearing your browser's site data deletes it.

• Because we do not have accounts or servers holding your app data, we have no copy of it to delete.

• Data collected by RevenueCat and Google AdMob is kept under their own retention policies (see the links above). To request deletion of purchase records tied to your anonymous app user ID, contact us at the email below and we will help. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.

6. SECURITY Your app data stays on your device and is protected by your device's own security. Data sent to third-party services travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY The Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Apps, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add features such as multiplayer. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you in the App or the store listing. Continuing to use the Apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
